Hainbuch Mandrels

Image of Hainbuch Mandrels Ideal for gripping short lengths, splines, gears, bearings and large diameters, we offer a comprehensive range of expanding mandrels. Compared with traditional designs where the mandrel''s central element is made of ''soft'' spring steel, the Hainbuch mandrels do not have to deform during clamping and therefore need no such compromise. They incorporate a hardened chrome-nickel steel bush. The result is extreme durability and maximum concentricity.

Image of Hainbuch Mandrels In addition, during the Hainbuch manufacturing process the clamping segments are separated, and are joined again in a special vulcanising process that guarantees the highest elasticity, clamping range and opening stroke for easy workpiece loading.

The mandrels are offered in a variety of styles for a range of clamping diameters, profiles and lengths.
